Mint: a MInimalistic Numerical Toolbox (now at version 0.3!)

The mint library is a collection of small C++ utilities frequently needed for numerics. Its modest goal is to minimalize boilerplate code by providing some of the bits and pieces usually missing from specialized numerical libraries.
It is a header-only, light library, designed with efficiency, genericity, modularity and elegance in mind; it is meant to play well with other libraries, including the STL and boost.
